Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through forestfloor.store by Sebastian Jäger , Werner-Heisenberg Straße 12, 75015 Bretten, Germany (hereinafter “ForestFloor”).

2. Contract Formation

By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. A binding purchase contract is formed when we send a separate order confirmation or dispatch the goods.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. Payment is due immediately upon order placement.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs are displayed at checkout. ForestFloor is not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or events outside our control.

5. Handmade Products

All ForestFloor products are handmade. Slight variations in appearance, size, or color are inherent to the nature of handcrafted goods and do not constitute a defect.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers within the EU have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details and the withdrawal form.

7. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. If a product is defective, please contact us at forest-floor@mail.de within the applicable warranty period.

8. Liability

ForestFloor is liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence, or where mandatory statutory provisions apply. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

10. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
